Immersive Sculpture Series
The phygital phenomenon is where the physical and digital connect and create two different experiences. In my practice, I'm currently exploring this "phygital realm," where craft and technology meet, and how these explorations materialize quantum phenomena— such as consciousness, entanglement, superposition, etc.— in order to demystify and marry quantum physics and metaphysics. In this body of work, I'm investigating ways to use craft and technology to blend physical and digital experiences to create immersive interactions within my work in a way that encourages the viewer to open their awareness to this unseen energy that entangles everything in the multiverse— ultimately elevating the human experience.
